  • Canned meat or fish, fruit (in juice, not syrup), vegetables, tomato sauce paste, vegetable stock (canned or boxed), hearty soups or stew. 
  • Cooking oil, peanut butter, and jelly, rice, pasta, oatmeal, lentils and beans.
    For children, Food pouches, and baby food in jars, formula, baby wipes and diapers.
